Who we are

Bright Trinity (Bright Trinity OÜ) is a distributed service technology company operating across Europe and North America. For any privacy matter, contact us at hello@brighttrinity.com. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Bright Trinity OÜ is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we process the name, email address, company, area of interest, and the message you write. We do not ask for, and request that you do not send, special-category or financial account data through the form.

Our website does not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We store a small consent preference in your browser (see Cookies below).

How and why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about a possible engagement. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting our business. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing and processors

We use a third-party email delivery provider (Resend) to transmit contact-form submissions to our inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage an ongoing or prospective engagement. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@brighttrinity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We use a single, strictly necessary preference stored in your browser to remember your cookie-consent choice. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
